Got questions about your order or delivery? We’ve got answers. At Disposableshop.store, transparency and customer satisfaction are always our top priority.

âť“ When will my order be processed?

All orders placed before 3:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday) are processed same-day. Orders placed after that cutoff, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

We aim to fulfill every order within 24 hours, excluding rare warehouse or carrier delays.

📦 How long does shipping take?

Our standard U.S. shipping times are:

Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS/FedEx): 2–3 business days

Express Shipping (Optional): 1–2 business days

Same-Day Delivery (LA Metro Only): Available on qualifying orders placed before 1:00 PM

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

đź§ľ Can I track my order?

Absolutely! As soon as your package leaves our facility, you’ll receive an automated tracking email with a real-time link. You can also track your order directly from your account dashboard if you created one during checkout.

If you haven’t received tracking within 24–48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at sales@disposableshop.store.

✍️ Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You can request changes within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing us at sale@disposableshop.store. We can help update shipping info, modify product quantities, or cancel the order—if it hasn’t already shipped.

Once an order is fulfilled, we can no longer intercept or cancel it. Please refer to our Return Policy for next steps.

🚫 What if my package is lost, delayed, or marked “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

We’ve got your back. If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package:

First, check around your property or with neighbors.

Then, wait 24 hours—carriers sometimes scan early.

If still missing, email us at sale@disposableshop.store with your Order # and full name.

We’ll coordinate with the carrier to investigate, and if necessary, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit depending on the circumstances.

🌎 Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Disposableshop.store only ships within the United States, including all 50 states and most U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping due to current product restrictions and compliance regulations.

đź“® Do you require a signature on delivery?

Signature confirmation is only required for high-value orders ($300+) or on request. For all other deliveries, no signature is required unless specified during checkout.

If you’d like us to require a signature for your order, just add a note at checkout or email us directly after placing your order.

đź”’ What packaging do you use?

We ship all orders in discreet, plain packaging with no visible branding or product labels for your privacy. Inside, products are padded, sealed, and organized to minimize risk of damage.

Our team takes packaging seriously—every item is hand-verified before shipping.

⚠️ What happens if I entered the wrong address?

If you provided an incorrect address and the order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at sale@disposableshop.store.

If the package has already shipped, unfortunately we can’t reroute it. In cases where the carrier returns the order to us, we’ll contact you for re-shipment or refund minus the original shipping fee.

Our fulfillment center operates Monday–Friday: 8AM–6PM PST.

Our support team responds to inquiries 7 days a week, usually within 1–12 hours depending on volume.
