🔁 Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase (email confirmation, order number, etc.).
Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from DisposableShop.store.
Please note: For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, opened, used, or tampered vape disposables are non-returnable, unless they are damaged or defective on arrival.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the item’s condition. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will cover the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective, malfunctioning, or damaged in transit. If you believe your product arrived faulty, please contact our customer service within 72 hours of delivery. Include:
A clear photo or video of the defect
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
If approved, a replacement unit will be shipped at no additional cost.

📦 Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product is deemed defective or incorrect.
If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will issue a prepaid return label.
